Vista Building Services, Inc. is a commercial and residential concrete floor grinding and polishing company. We also provide commercial construction cleaning. While founded in 1977, we began polishing marble, granite, and terrazzo floors in 1994. In 2007, we began restoring concrete floors of all kinds, including commercial and residential spaces. Our owners are always on site to provide the highest quality is met with a hands-on approach and a special attention to detail. Vista Building Services is a family-run business. Founder Mike Spangle serves as President and his son Eric Spangle serves as Vice President.

Why Concrete Polishing?
Polished concrete floors are a great alternative to other floor coverings including carpeting, tile, or epoxy. Unlike epoxy flooring, there is no final coating which leads to no cracking or chipping.
Polished concrete floors are easy to maintain and help keep dust down.
We use special diamond pads to grind the surface down and then to bring the natural shine of the concrete out.
We add chemical hardeners to harden the surface of the concrete. The finished product is a beautifully shined floor with a nice rock aggregate and a light, non-slip surface.
